Murder Redefined
After years of being disassembled, I finally got the courage to put it back together and modify the piece...the flower was originally a knife, and viewers seemed to completely miss the point of the piece. I've never made such a change in a painting before, but I'm glad I did this one--the change in the reaction from the viewer is dramatic. I guess I'm going soft in my midlife. So it goes.
